Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners
- Collaborate with hotel management to create targeted sales plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Train and motivate sales team members to meet performance goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with bonuses based on performance. This is a full-time position based in Horsens, Denmark.
