Sales Manager - Isa Town, Bahrain
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth in Isa Town, Bahrain. Your main goal will be to lead a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to make strategic business decisions
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge and effective selling techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Knowledge of the local market in Isa Town is preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
