Machine Operator

Our manufacturing company in Wiltz is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of production equipment. This position requires precision and attention to detail as well as physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Monitor production process and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with various types of production equipment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
