Fitter (Malayalee Preferred) in Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are a manufacturing company based in Chelyabinsk, Russia seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee with a strong background in mechanical engineering and at least 3 years of experience in fitting and assembling mechanical parts.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Assemble and fit mechanical components according to specifications
- Use hand tools and machinery to shape, cut, and smooth metal pieces
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with mechanical parts
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in mechanical engineering preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent understanding of different types of metalworking tools and equipment
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision when fitting components
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
