Merchandiser for Retail Store in Moscow


We are hiring a skilled Merchandiser to join our retail team in Moscow. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store displays and shelves are well-stocked, visually appealing, and organized. Your role will involve creating and implementing product merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ordering new products as needed. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective product merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Ensure that the store is visually appealing by following display guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order new products as needed
- Collaborate with the buying team to identify new trends, products, or promotions to feature in-store displays
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques to maintain brand standards
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product placement and pricing
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good physical fitness as the role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving products around the store

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage but not required
