Online Consultant - Chelyabinsk, Russia

Are you a fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in customer service or sales? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assisting with sales inquiries through various online channels. This is a remote position based in Chelyabinsk, Russia.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Assist with sales inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Keep track of customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and through written communication
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Proficient with computers and comfortable using various online platforms for communication
- Must be legally authorized to work in Russia

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours of work per week. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who are not local to Chelyabinsk. This is also a great opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the field of online consulting.
