Job Title: Plumber Supervisor for Full-Time Position in Malindi


A reputable plumbing company in Malindi is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is open to all nationalities, with preference given to Indian candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of plumbers, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of plumbers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks and work schedules for the team
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise on job sites
- Communicate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide solutions
- Order necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Train new employees on proper plumbing techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor as needed
- Valid plumbing license/certification preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this full-time position is 1600$ per month.
