JAVA Developer - Shan


We are in search of a talented JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Shan. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our clients. Your main duties will include coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting complex applications using JAVA technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications using JAVA technologies
- Code, test, debug, and troubleshoot complex programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and develop technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and standards are maintained
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in JAVA development
- Continuously improve the performance of existing software applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a JAVA Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Proficient in Java EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JSP/Servlets, and SQL databases
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English

Salary: 1800$
Location: Shan (open to Filipino candidates)
