Crane Operator



We are in need of a skilled Crane Operator to join our growing team in Balzers. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a crane to move materials and equipment on construction sites. Your main duties will include setting up the crane, following safety protocols, and communicating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and inspect crane before use
- Operate crane to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate with team members via radio or hand signals
- Monitor weather conditions that may affect operation of the crane
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance on crane as needed
- Report any malfunctions or issues with the crane to supervisor
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid crane operator license or certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating a variety of cranes
- Ability to read and understand load charts and blueprints
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and nights if necessary

Preferred:
- Experience on construction sites is an asset
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to operating a crane
