Office Manager - Nepal
We are hiring an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team in El-Ain, Nepal. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficient and organized processes. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating with team members, and maintaining a productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Nepali national preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or related field
- Proficiency in Nepali language
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Oversee office supplies inventory and order necessary items
- Coordinate with team members on various projects and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the team
- Assist with onboarding new employees and training them on company policies
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Salary:
1200$ per month
