Office Manager
We are in search of an experienced Office Manager to join our team in El-Ain, providing support and management for our office operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a Filipino professional with strong English language skills, looking for a job with accommodation and the opportunity to have their own visa.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient management. You will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Your role will also involve liaising with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative position. You should possess excellent time management skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong English language skills are essential for this position.
In addition to your administrative responsibilities, you will also be responsible for managing the office budget and expenses. You should possess strong organizational skills and be proficient in using various computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
