Part-Time Waiter/Waitress (English Speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Part-Time Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Ufa. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This is an excellent opportunity for English-speaking individuals, including foreigners with their own visa, to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and attentive service
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, floors, and overall dining area
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing for service as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking skills (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1000 per month (based on part-time hours worked)
