Job Title: Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Lahore on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. The role will involve overseeing and managing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications. The Architecture Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and construction to ensure project delivery is efficient and effective
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure projects are utilizing the latest techniques and technologies
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Review architectural designs for accuracy, feasibility, and functionality
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the architecture industry
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
