We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the architectural design process for various projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion for multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee project teams and provide guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the final product
- Review and approve all architectural drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues that may arise
- Mentor and train junior architects on best practices and industry standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proven experience managing multiple projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
