Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant in our Esbjerg office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. Your duties will include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining filing systems, and managing office supplies. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This position does not include accommodation, so local candidates are preferred. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate. The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Responding to emails and other forms of communication
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining filing systems and organizing documents
- Managing office supplies and ordering new ones when necessary
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct location
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required
