Contract Computer Support Specialist - Odense, Denmark


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Contract Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Contract Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' computer systems and networks. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related problems.
- Communicate with clients to understand their technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of computer support.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose technical issues quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
- Must have own visa/permit to work in Denmark.
