Industrial Architect

An established architectural firm in Akron is seeking a talented Industrial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial design principles and the ability to create functional and innovative spaces for our clients. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for industrial spaces
- Develop design concepts that meet project requirements and budget constraints
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Utilize advanced software programs to generate 3D renderings and virtual tours of industrial spaces
- Oversee construction process to ensure design is implemented accurately
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working on projects in the manufacturing or logistics industries
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of LEED certification process
