Junior Data Analyst

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong analytical mindset, and is eager to learn and grow in the field of data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean data from various sources
- Organize and store data in databases
- Analyze data using statistical methods and visualization tools
- Identify trends and patterns through data analysis
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings
- Collaborate with team members to develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
- Knowledge of statistical methods and tools for data analysis (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in working with data
- Ability to communicate findings effectively through written reports and presentations
- Eager to learn new skills and stay updated on industry advancements in data analytics

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Svalbard (remote work also possible)

Employment Type: Full-time

Note: Previous experience in data analytics is not required but preferred. Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
