Industrial Painter

We are in need of a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Split. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint or other finishes to various industrial equipment and structures. Your main duties will include sanding, priming, and painting surfaces using different techniques such as airless spraying, brush and roll, and electrostatic spraying.

To excel in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Previous experience in industrial painting is preferred but not required. We are looking for candidates who have strong knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and surface preparation methods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding or caulking as needed
- Apply paint or other finishes using various techniques
- Mix paints to get the desired color or texture
- Use masking tape to protect areas from paint
- Ensure proper ventilation while working with paint materials
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damaged materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Good knowledge of different types of paints and surface preparation methods
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Eye for detail and good color vision
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
