The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled and creative Web Designer with a strong understanding of user experience and design principles. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing responsive websites that meet client requirements
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts
- Collaborating with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements
- Conducting user research to identify user needs and preferences
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Ensuring website designs are accessible, SEO-friendly, and optimized for all devices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other web design tools
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
