Collections Officer

As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers. You will be required to contact customers via phone, email or in person to negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely payments. This role also involves maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and providing regular reports to management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and is located in Nakuru, Kenya.
