Nepali Chef


We are seeking a skilled Nepali Chef to join our team in the beautiful city of Shan. As a Nepali Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Nepali dishes for our customers. Your duties will include creating menus, ordering ingredients, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and overseeing the kitchen staff.

To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of Nepali cuisine and the ability to create authentic flavors using traditional cooking techniques. You should also have strong leadership skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Nepali dishes according to recipes
- Create new menu items based on seasonal ingredients
- Order and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are met at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with management to develop new concepts or promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Nepali cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of Nepali recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create unique flavor combinations while staying true to traditional methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this role.
