Merchandiser Supervisor


As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising team and ensuring that all products are displayed and marketed effectively. Your main goal will be to increase sales and promote brand awareness through strategic product placement and attractive displays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of merchandisers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and increase customer engagement
- Plan product displays and layouts for optimal visibility and appeal to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the purchasing department to ensure products are always in stock
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to make informed decisions about product placement
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Work closely with store managers to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans in all locations
- Travel between store locations as needed to assess performance, provide feedback, and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of current retail trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong eye for visual presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must be able to travel between store locations as needed
Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Copenhagen (accommodation may be provided if necessary)
