Shaper - Apparel Manufacturing



We are a leading apparel manufacturing company based in Zagreb, seeking a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team. As a Shaper, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our garments meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create garment patterns using pattern-making software or by hand
- Cut, shape, and sew fabric pieces according to patterns
- Use various sewing techniques to assemble garments
- Adjust and modify patterns as needed for proper fit and desired look
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure accurate interpretation of design specifications
- Inspect finished garments for quality and make any necessary alterations or repairs
- Maintain an organized and clean work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Shaper in the apparel industry
- Proficiency in pattern-making software such as Gerber or Optitex
- Knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with high-end or luxury brands. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. We offer part-time opportunities for individuals who require flexible working hours.
