We are hiring a moderator to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a moderator, you will be responsible for managing online discussions and maintaining a positive and respectful environment for all participants. Your main tasks will include reviewing and approving user-generated content, responding to user inquiries and comments, and enforcing community guidelines. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism, and a strong understanding of online platforms. Previous experience in moderation or customer service is preferred but not required. This is an urgent job with a starting salary of $1400 per month.
