As a Retail Merchandiser in Kolding, Denmark, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing and organized manner. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies and implement them in various retail locations. Your goal will be to increase sales by attracting and engaging customers through attractive product displays.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans for various retail locations in Kolding
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand product features and benefits
- Ensure that products are displayed according to brand guidelines and company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to replenish products as needed
- Build relationships with store managers to secure prime product placement within stores
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that all products are displayed correctly
- Train store staff on proper product placement techniques
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Participate in the design process of new product packaging and displays

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Flexibility to travel within Kolding as needed
