Senior Executive Chef
As a Senior Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our upscale restaurant in Eldoret. Your main goal will be to maintain high quality and consistent food standards while ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus in accordance with seasonal availability, market trends, and guest preferences
- Plan and oversee all aspects of food preparation, including ingredient sourcing, cooking methods, plating, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels to maintain budget guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes using fresh ingredients
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under pressure
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with free visa sponsorship, flight ticket, accommodation, meals, and insurance. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. English fluency is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome all nationalities to apply.
