Event Moderator - Gujrat, India


We are seeking an experienced Event Moderator to join our team in Gujrat, India. As an Event Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating events, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently. You will be the main point of contact for event staff, attendees, and vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize events according to client specifications
- Coordinate with event staff to ensure all aspects of the event are running smoothly
- Act as a liaison between event staff and attendees/vendors
- Monitor event activities to ensure they are in line with the planned schedule
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during events
- Facilitate audience participation and engagement during events
- Keep track of attendance and provide reports to clients and management
- Provide excellent customer service to all attendees

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of event planning principles and best practices
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve quickly
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Gujrat, India.
