We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, and cranes. Your main duties will include safely operating equipment to complete tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials at construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company policies and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or needed repairs
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage and maintenance
- Follow project plans to complete tasks such as excavation, grading, and material movement
- Evaluate job site conditions to determine the safest and most efficient way to complete tasks
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth coordination of tasks
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role
- Valid operator's license for the specific type of equipment being operated
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and project plans
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
