Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. Your main duties will include answering queries and concerns, providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions to customer problems. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating databases with relevant information.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset. Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred.

This is a contract job with a competitive salary of $1300 per month. As this role involves working remotely, no accommodation will be provided. However, candidates with a valid biometric passport are preferred for easy access to virtual communication tools.

This position is based in Siauliai and is open to foreigners who meet the above requirements. No English proficiency is required for this job as long as you are able to effectively communicate with clients using translation tools or other means.
