Office Assistant - Bayan, Kuwait
A reputable company in Bayan, Kuwait is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join their team. This position is open to Indian nationals and requires fluency in English. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration and must be able to work part-time. Accommodation will be provided, along with visa sponsorship if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments for management
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as billing and invoicing
- Prepare documents and presentations as requested by the team
- Keep track of office expenses and report any discrepancies
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, mailing, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality preferred
