Construction Project Manager



The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Vianden, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project goals and expectations
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate successful project completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on construction projects in Vianden or surrounding areas
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Fluency in additional languages such as German or French
