Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install mechanical components according to specifications
- Repair or replace damaged or worn parts as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Operate power tools and other specialized equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Technical knowledge of tools, machinery, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina for working with heavy machinery
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively
