Male Caregiver for Elderly in Kolding, Denmark



As a male caregiver for elderly in Kolding, Denmark, you will provide compassionate care and support to senior citizens in their homes. Your role will be to assist with daily tasks such as grooming, bathing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. You will also provide companionship and engage seniors in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist elderly clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedule
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or on outings as needed
- Monitor changes in client's health and report any concerns to supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a caregiver for elderly or relevant training/education
- Must have a valid biometric passport and be eligible to work in Denmark
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Danish is an asset)
- Physical ability to lift/move clients as needed
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding towards the needs of elderly individuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month. You will have a flexible schedule based on the needs of your clients. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about caring for others and making a positive impact on the lives of senior citizens.
