Restaurant Manager



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bayan, Pakistan. As a Restaurant Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor and analyze financial data, such as budgeting and profit margins
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and find solutions to maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events to attract new customers
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for managing budgets and analyzing financial data
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
- Must have good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:

The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
