Sales Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Bayan, Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve them. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide the sales team towards meeting their targets. You should also have excellent negotiation skills and be able to close deals effectively.

This role requires someone who is results-driven, organized, and can work well under pressure. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required as we provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the sales team towards achieving set targets
- Create strategies to increase sales and identify new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with new clients while maintaining existing ones
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market
- Train and mentor the sales team to improve their performance
- Prepare reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements
- Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and promote our products/services
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
