Part-Time Concierge


We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Concierge to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle guest inquiries and requests
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
