We are currently hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring our network and systems infrastructure to ensure smooth operations for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Implement security measures to protect the organization's data and systems
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions on various systems
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery preparedness
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their technology needs and provide technical support when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong understanding of networking principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.
- Experience working with Cisco networking equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
