We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified English Tutor to join our team in Akron, Canada. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and engaging language instruction to students of all ages and levels. You must have a strong understanding of language learning techniques and be able to adapt your teaching methods to meet the needs of each individual student.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on the needs and goals of each student
- Utilize a variety of teaching materials and methods to keep students engaged and motivated
- Provide constructive feedback and assessment on student progress
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and active learning
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any areas for improvement
- Keep up-to-date with current language learning trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible hours based on student availability
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship if not already authorized to work in Canada

Salary:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
