Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and create accurate maps using specialized equipment. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are executed successfully. This full-time position in Mauren requires experience in land surveying and proficiency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to determine property boundaries and topography
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels to gather data
- Create accurate maps, plans, and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project accuracy
- Conduct research on property records, legal documents, and other relevant information
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in the use of GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and legal documents
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Mauren. The job may require working outdoors in various weather conditions. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
