Merchandising Coordinator - Multan, Pakistan

Our company is a dynamic and fast-growing retail brand looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the merchandising activities for our stores in Multan.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Work closely with the buying team to plan product assortment and manage inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and manage any supply chain issues
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to merchandising plans
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new products or seasonal campaigns
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper visual merchandising standards are met
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Monitor competitors' merchandising strategies and make recommendations on how to stay competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and product selection
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with visa sponsorship for non-Pakistani candidates. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours. Students looking for part-time opportunities are also welcome.
