Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Randers. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule, while maintaining high-quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-efficiency
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Hire and manage construction workers and subcontractors
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not required)
- Previous experience in construction management is a plus but not required for this entry-level position
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Must have valid work visa sponsorship
