Construction Project Manager


We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Kolding. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage all phases of the construction project
- Ensure that the project is completed within budget and on schedule
- Oversee the selection of contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
- Monitor progress and track expenses against budget
- Review and approve all project invoices
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and other parties involved in the project to ensure their needs are met
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Prepare regular progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Salary: 1400$ per month.
