Job Title: Restaurant Manager



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mecca. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, financial performance, and customer service.
- Train and develop staff members to provide excellent service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Create schedules for employees and ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
