Preservation Architect



We are in search of a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Aalborg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other architects to ensure that preservation projects are executed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on historical buildings to understand their significance and unique characteristics
- Creating detailed preservation plans that adhere to historical guidelines and regulations
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and goals for the preservation project
- Overseeing the restoration process, including selecting materials, managing budgets, and coordinating with contractors
- Providing guidance and support to other architects involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Strong knowledge of historical preservation techniques and materials
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1500 per month without accommodation. This is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
