Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Horsens. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that the final design meets their needs while adhering to budget and building regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed designs and blueprints for commercial buildings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent design skills using CAD software
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills preferred)

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
