We are a reputable educational institution seeking a qualified and passionate English Teacher to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that facilitate student learning and foster their love for the English language. You will be teaching students of various ages and proficiency levels, so adaptability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
- Teach students how to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required by the school

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Familiarity with different teaching methods and techniques
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
