We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives. This is a full-time position open to both male and female applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement
- Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach in achieving company goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management in a similar industry (preferably in FMCG)
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
