Land Surveyor



We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Split. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and features, as well as creating maps and reports based on your findings.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones.
- Analyzing survey data to determine property boundaries and features.
- Creating accurate maps and reports using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on survey progress.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD software for mapping and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred:
- Previous experience in land surveying or related field.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying in Split.
- Ability to speak English fluently.

Salary: $1800/month
