Data Analytics Specialist


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Vilnius on a contract basis. As a member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data, identifying patterns and trends, and providing insights to drive business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights through data analysis
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques
- Continuously improve processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear manner

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Analytics or related field
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive modeling
- Previous experience working in the finance or retail industry

Salary: $1200 per month (with potential for increase based on performance)

Location: Vilnius (with accommodation provided if needed)
